School violence

             

            School violence is a serious problem in many country, especially where weapons such as guns or knives are involved. In Vietnam, violence often occurs between student and student.

            In Vietnam, according to the Ministry of Education statistics, there are 1.600 cases inside and outside the school in a school year (approximately 5 cases/day). And according to the Ministry of Education statistics, 1 in every 5.200 students will have a case; 1 in every 11.000 students will have a student suspended. School violence is a problem which everyone cares.

           Violent students gets more and more dangerous with weapons such as knife, pistol, stick,... can hurt both physically and mentally, even the death. There are some reason about this problem:

1. Home environment: Such as domestic violence, parental alcoholism, watch action film,... increase the risk of aggressive conduct in students.
2. Gangs at schools: Relatively few young people join gangs.
3. Behaviours: Behaviors refer to delinquent activities, aggression, and hyperactivity.
4. Other reason.

   The most solution is chasten, but this solution isn't work at all. We should love and care each other, because they lack the attention of others. The teachers and parents should watch closely over the children. If they are giving more time, it will help develop intimacy and more insights into some areas of concern that was yet unknown.
